How much is 45 equal

Convert degrees and percent

Draw angles | Angle of incidence and angle of reflection | Convert degrees, minutes, seconds | Percent | Divide circle | Calculating with angles | Correction | Angular ratio | Sum of angles | Angle product | Angle names | Pairs of angles | Equal angle | Distance between the legs | Circle angle | Circular arc | Add angle | Revolutions | Direction angle | Clock position | Clock hands | Compass rose | Solid angle

Conversion at an angle from degrees to percent and vice versa. The angle in degrees must be between -90 and 90, but must not reach these two values. 100 percent means that a line is the same distance in length as it is in height. This is the case at an angle of 45 °. Percentages over 100 are also possible. Negative degrees and percentages mean angles downwards.

Please enter one value, the other will be calculated.

Formulas:
Angle in percent = tan (angle in degrees) * 100%
Angle in degrees = atan (angle in percent / 100%)

tan is the tangent, atan is the arctangent. See also Calculating Incline and Decline for the length and height of the route.
