And a color detergent or, in the case of light-colored fabrics, a heavy-duty detergent.
If you like, you can first put the soiled item of clothing in a large bowl and soak it overnight in warm water and a little detergent (washing-up liquid can also be used as an alternative). The next morning, rinse the textile with clear water and then wash it in the washing machine as usual.

Lemon juice is a tried and tested means of removing (old) grass stains from clothing and shoes. Simply drizzle some lemon juice onto the dry stain, rub it in gently if necessary and leave it on for about an hour. Then put the textile in the washing machine and wash as usual.
Danger: Since lemon juice has a slightly bleaching effect, you should test the home remedy in a hidden place beforehand. Lemon juice should also only be used on insensitive, robust fabrics.

If you want, you can also treat the green soiling with gall soap before washing: Put gall soap on the stain, leave it on for at least an hour and then clean the jeans in the washing machine as usual.
